Referral Bonus Program
An opportunity for our network and former employees to earn up to $1,000 for referring qualified candidates to join our team!
How It Works
When you refer a candidate for one of our open positions, you become eligible for a referral bonus based on the candidate’s hours worked
- $200 after the referred candidate completes 40 hours
- $500 after the candidate completes 160 hours
- $300 after the candidate completes 400 hours
Eligibility Requirements
- The referred candidate must be hired for a role with an effective hourly wage of $25 or higher to qualify for the full $1,000 referral bonus.
- The referred candidate must be hired within 6 months of the date they were referred.
- The referred candidate must not have worked for or applied for a role with Tucker Technology, Inc. or Talmo & Associates, Inc. within the previous 24 months.
- Referred candidates may be required to pass a drug test and background screening.
- The individual submitting the referral may be required to provide a W-9 for tax reporting purposes.
Payment Processing
Referral bonuses will be processed within 14 days of the referred candidate reaching each milestone.
